Processing Times

At Cellar Hatch, every T-shirt is printed in-house to order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment and are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@cellarhatch.uk with your order number.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
